I am the member of LCMS team,I have installed Mendriva 2006 linux successfully.when i m installing the apache,then i am facing an error which i am showing below :-

root@localhost amitrai]# cd apache_1.3.33
[root@localhost apache_1.3.33]# ./configure --prefix=/home/amitrai/apache
Configuring for Apache, Version 1.3.33
+ using installation path layout: Apache (config.layout)
Creating Makefile
Creating Configuration.apaci in src
Configuration.tmpl is more recent than Configuration.apaci;
Make sure that Configuration.apaci is valid and, if it is, simply
'touch Configuration.apaci' and re-run ./Configure again.

Hi,

Are you compiling this on an NFS mounted filesystem?

The easiest way it to use urpmi on Mandriva. You can install Apache, PHP and all necessary extension without compilation. Fast and clean.

Check this website for more information:
