I currently have a page in online editor with some text formatted as "Heading 1"

I try to edit it to change it to "Heading 2" or "Heading 3". But the changes are not to be seen. Even if i disable Online Editor, and change the tags, nothing seems to happen.

However when I change the formating of the text to "Normal" the changes are reflected in the published version.

Is this a bug?

I use Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows XP
