Everytime I goto the Index of the Exponential Installation, It takes me back to the Setup Wizard. I've changed the Permissions of the Directories Indicated in Finetune. The Setup runs normal until I get to the Registration and after that it spends about 30 seconds until it attempts to send me a blank copy of index.php. When i Refresh that page again i Get this Table Exist Error, Which the Database is Dumped but it seems that it is not writing over the configuration files and changing other misc configurations that i dont know about.

If anyone has any ideas, Please tell me and i'll try it.

OS: FreeBSD 5.4
Apache: 1.3.33
PHP: 4.4.1
MySQL: 4.0.26
Exponential: 3.7.2

This still looks like you have permission problems...

Are there files in settings/override and settings/siteaccesses/siteaccess_name if not you have not assigned the proper permissions

I fixed it with a fresh install. I was sure what all folders there was that needed the permissions changed, so i just unpacked the tarball again and starting from scratch. btw it was the permissions for settings/override. Thanks
