Can't get past Site registration

When I attempt to install, I get to the Site registration page and when I hit 'next', it processes for about a minute and them goes to a blank page. Is there any way to get past this, as it will not let me finish the installation.

Check php.ini's maximum execution time and memory limit. See http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/4_0/installation/normal_installation/requirements_for_doing_a_normal_installation for memory limit. For time, try 300 or more.
