ez shop and Accounting?

I'm building an Exponential based online shop. Now the CMS side of the problem is solved well, but how go people about accounting?

Ideally, the solution should either be webbased/cross platform/Java or native OSX but NOT Windows based. It doesn't need to be a full blown ERP system (no need for payroll, inventory and such) but standard double entry bookkeeping and invoicing should be possible. Some basic reports wouldn't hurt, either. Open source would be a plus but sane interfaces for import/export are sufficient or an open DB backend I can interface with myself...
