Hi,

I'm trying to create a support system and hence I need a user to be able to create support requests, and our staff and the user to create support replies under this request. So my question is this:

Is there any way to accomplish this using access roles, meaning that a user can only create and view support replies under their own support request? And if not, is there any other way of going about this? I was thinking about creating an access rule specific to the user as a post publish event for each support request, but that seems like a hassle.

Thanks in advance !

Sincerely,

Eirik Johansen
