Eivind Marienborg	Friday 13 August 2004 7:50:22 am At my site I've added a meta-tag to refresh every 90 seconds when the node of the main forum-page is displayed. By doing this, the forum will never be out of date. It's a great thing for us users who're just too lazy to hit the refresh-button.. :)
