Björn X	Wednesday 04 June 2003 3:24:56 pm I just thought that I would be very helpfull to have rights on attributes of an objects. That way you could create very usefull classes. e.g a normal user comes along and creates a new object he can edit this object any time, but simply not all attributes. But for example a Superuser could go to this object then an edit the unedited attributes. Sample The user creates a story. and later the super user rates it or alters it in some other way. What do you think?

I guess some day (3.2, 3.3, 3.4?) this will be implemented, because security should not be implemented in templates (which could be used for this in a workaround). Somewhere in the ez docs, this security model is indeed proposed as "optional". I guess some day (3.2, 3.3, 3.4?) this will be implemented, because security should not be implemented in templates (which could be used for this in a workaround).
