Allow an administrator to edit documents under collaboration before approval. This would facilitate small spelling error corrections rather than disapproving an article

Also, enable automatic notifications for original editor if article is approved/disapproved. At the moment there is no way of knowing whether a submitted article has been accepted without going back to the web site and logging in.

For the additional e-mail notifications, I created an enhancement request: http://issues.ez.no/11128. I'll probably make a patch for this next month.
