Hi,

I am trying to create a file object and then upload a pdf file. I get a popup with the message: "document contains no data".
I translate it because I use a franch version.
It also does not work if the pdf is in a zip file...

any idea. This is a very important issue for my site as we would need to let people dowload many files..

Does this happen with any file that you try to upload or just the pdf files?

As a tracer bullet (like) test, I suggest trying a 500k jpg image or smaller.

Most apache web server configurations prevent upload of files larger than 1.4MB

Thanks so much for this answer and the link. I followed what was explained in it, and now it works just fine.
I hadn't noticed but it was a file size problem!
