I am getting this error when I run updateniceurls.php

Starting updates for JFD 19 nodes
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2800 bytes) in /home/hab/www/html/afwws/lib/ezi18n/classes/ezcodemapper.php on line 1452

Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request
The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

Is php set up with 8mb memory_limit ??
In that case you should at least extend it to 64 or 128 depending on how much ram you have.
