This is my first attempt to configure WEBDAV.
Have instaled ezp381 with the "news" packadge.

Changed webdav.ini to:

[GeneralSettings]
EnableWebDAV=true
Logging=enabled

With Konqueror browsing to:
webdav://testeezp381:85/webdav.php/news_site/Media

Then try copy a .jpg file from local disk to webdav client.
I get this error message:

Access is denied while attempting to upload webdav://testeezp381:85/webdav.php/news_site/Media/image.jpg

This is a problem of Exponential configuration or Konqueror problem ?

Does your user has permissions to create new objects? Also make sure web server has write access to var directory. I can't reproduce your error. Works fine here.
