Template Cache strange behavior (3.10 cache system broken?)

I have been developing a site (Template Cache & Template Compile disabled) with ezp 3.10

When I put the site into production (Template Cache & Template Compile enabled) the parameters aren't passed. For example "offset" doesn't split pages, etc.

When using template cache disabled / template compile enabled all works.

Seems to be related with Tobias V comment here:

Is there any patch (perhaps I should upgrade to ezp4 this site...)

Note: This server has MySQL 5.0.51 (which does have a bug sorting that affects other CMS - but because my site works with template cache disabled I'm sure this isn't an important factor...)
