Size in icon.ini.append.php doesn't work

Hi,

This is my settings/siteaccess/my_site_admin/icon.ini.append.php file:

      1 <?php /* #?ini charset="iso-8859-1"?
      2
      3 [IconSettings]
      4 Theme=crystal-admin
      5 Size=normal
      6
      7 [ClassGroupIcons]
      8 ClassGroupMap[ma_classe]=apps/kmidi.png
      9 */ ?>

Evrery thing works fine but not Size.

If Theme=crystal-admin
then I have to put kmidi.png in icons/crystal-admin/16x16_indexed/apps/
and if Theme=crystal
then I have to put kmidi.png in icons/crystal/16x16/apps/kuser.png

I tried several syntaxes for Size but nothing works. I don't understand which file handles the Size
