I created layout.ini.append.php and defined layout for print as SiteDesign. I tried different combinations, but ez always looks for print_pagelayout.tpl. I also created print_pagelayout .tpl in new design folder, but ez did not found it. Any suggestions?

I saw someone asking about SiteDesign in layout.ini before, but there was no answer. I wonder if this should be registered as a bug...
