I also employed an assistant to help me with adding few other links. So, we are having trouble because we started entering duplicate links (same articles linked/entered twice from our site). Is there a way to limit the site so that all the links in the site are checked when I want to save or publish a new link? This will help me greatly in keeping the site clean as well as keeping the work-load to minimum.
