RSS Destination path

Is it possible, even if it means going into the DB and changing values, to use a node ID for the RSS destination path? The site I'm working on has multiple domains pointing to different site accesses. If the domains happen to have the same path to the destination folder ie: "/Home/News/Industry News", even if this is the translated (made pretty) path when the real path is: "/RootNode/Home/News/Industry News" and "/RootNode/Home2/News/Industry News". Then the RSS imports for both sites go into the folder of just one of the sites. The only temporay fix I have is to use a different name for the folders so that one site might have "/Home/News/Industry News" and another might have "/Home/News/External News".

Any ideas?
