I'm looking for a "cms" that doesn't containg "reader" to post anything other than a poll, so no forum etc. I have tried alot of diff cms so my authors can easily update review online.

Setting up Exponential for the purpose you're describing is quite easy. I suggest that you check out the "Building an Exponential site" online tutorial which we have on the doc pages. Good luck!
