Hello,

I have set up Exponential 3.8 (German). When I try to generate the static cache I get the following message:

<i>Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/www/doc/14449/dcp144490039/aldegym.de/www/kernel/classes/ezstaticcache.php on line 210
Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request

The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.</i>

What can I do?

Thank you and kind regards
Albert

Hi,

I try and figure out what in the page caused the problem. See if you can track it down to a specifc type of content you are using.

Otherwise try the standard stuff, cache, apc cache, space, permissons etc.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for your answer.

<i>Otherwise try the standard stuff, cache, apc cache, space, permissons etc</i>

I checked it but the problem remained. In the meantime I received the information from my provider that he moved the database and the Exponential installation to a better machine with different PHP and MySQL versions.

As my Exponential version was rather new without important own content I decided not to perform an error exploration potentially breaking all banks. I cleared the installation and installed version 3.8.3. Since then the static cache can be performed.

Thank you once again and kind regards
Albert
