When the product is displayed in the user interface, it appears with a price of 115.00. However, I want it to <i>display the price WITHOUT VAT</i> until the user select the product to buy it. How can I do that?

create an override for the ezprice template, content/datatype/view/ezprice.tpl

and in the override template change the inc_vat_price to ex_vat_price
