I have noticed that the pdf's generated by EZ have very large (too large vertical spaces).

There is also a bugreport from Ekkehard Doerre stating that the hash is wrong in the pdf template (too many spaces).

My question:
which template should be altered to fix the .pdf spacing, and which lines should be altered to what?

thanks for input

Hi Jon,

In order to edit your pdf exports, you want to control what is going on in your site.ini.override file. This one points you to the other templates used, amongst these the xml paragraph tool. This one makes too many lines. You probably want to fool around with a little, but I ended up following the advise from a generous contributor to this site, Ekkehard Doerre, which is posted here:

http://www.ez.no/community/bugs/pdf_text_align_full_creates_a_lot_of_space_lines

worked great for me.

I would reccomened altering some other aspects of the default layout as well, like adding some vertical space 'tween author name and the main body of text.

Good luck.
