'Module not found' error after editing/logging in

Hi,

Since upgrading to 3.2-2 I get the 'module not found' error when editing my site. By pressing 'send for publishing' in the editscreen this message shows up.

The url shown in the addressbar is not what I expected, though, and there may lie the problem. It says something like:
<mysite>/index.php/admin/staf/mcpr/documenten/beleid
in stead of:
<mysite>/index.php/admin/content/view/full/126

The debug just says: 'module staf not found', and no other error messages.
Same thing happens when logging in on my public site.

I haven't changed anything to my site, other than the upgrade. Could really use some help with this.
TIA,

Vivienne
