Loss of image datatypes

I'm using ezp 3.5.4 and 3.6.1.

Both versions are configured with two languages having the primary language different from english (italian for me) and english-UK for the secondary.

I'm using the "image" datatype for some object classes.

When I upload (in the admin interface, object editing) an image file to an object of those custom classes for which I first created also the translated version (english) and I publish it, ezp loses the file (from the filesystem) resulting in corrupted image attribute for the object (no preview, no dimension data).

I posted also a bug with detailed steps for reproducing the problem:

Anyone know a solution or workaround?

Mauro
