the "howto" upgrade from 3.9.x to 3.10.0 told me:

»Make sure that the "ISBN-13 format" checkbox in the class attribute edit interface for the corresponding attribute is enabled (it is off by default).«

but wipe my eyes and cant find any checkbox at all.

So I do clean new 3.10.0 .
no checkbox in class attribute edit for ISBN datatype too.

is this a bug?
