Set templates according to groups.

(I am sorry but I have not download and installed ez to test)

Features:

1) Administrator/ordinary users have different input templates (when submitting a new entry)
2) Different entry fields may exist in different templates
3) Some fileds in one template may not be editable for specific group members

For example, in administrator group input template, there is an filed named "Status" which have two drop-down options: Verified and Not verified. The default value is "Not verified".

In ordinary users group template, user cannot change the value of "Status" (either it does not exist in the template or this is uneditable for users).

In administrator group template, administrators can change the value of "status" from "Not verified" to "verified".
