how to set difference with GMT hour?

hi all
here in italy we have a difference +1 h with the GMT hour. i'd like to customize Exponential with this difference.

i've seen this post:

i tried to modify my ita-IT.ini as follows:
[DateTime]
TimeFormat=%g:%i:%s %a
ShortTimeFormat=%g:%i %a
DateFormat=%l %d %F %Y
ShortDateFormat=%d/%m/%Y
DateTimeFormat=%l %d %F %Y %g:%i:%s %a
ShortDateTimeFormat=%d/%m/%Y %g:%i %a
%O= -0500
MondayFirst=yes

but with no results
any hint?
