How to link an extension into content tree?

I have an extension with a starting view and I can access this form by domain.tld/siteaccess/myextension/myview

How can I make this extension visible in the content tree on frontend so the extension is accessible like this /siteaccess/folder1/folder2/myextension in the menu
and the menus (standardmenus of ez3.6 currently) still keep the "selected" status when working with the extension? I mean it should look like a folder item in the treemenu.
