I've configured out how to do the translation on the admin site, but not able to switch back and forth between languages on the user site.
If my /override/site.ini.append.php file's RegionalSettings is as follows

[RegionalSettings]
TextTranslation=enabled
Locale=eng-GB
HTTPLocale=en
ContentObjectLocale=eng-GB
TranslationCache=enabled

I WILL GET MY CONTENTS IN ENGLISH IN USER SITE.

If my /override/site.ini.append.php file's RegionalSettings is as follows
[RegionalSettings]
TextTranslation=enabled
Locale=chi-CN
HTTPLocale=cn
ContentObjectLocale=chi-CN
TranslationCache=enabled

I WILL GET MY CONTENTS IN CHINESE IN USER SITE.

Without depending above settings how i can show my contents in multiple language.

Hello
The fault was with me. In /settings/en/sit.ini file's [SiteDesign] settings was admin insted of our custom site design name. Now it is OK.
