Marek Tryliński	Tuesday 22 April 2008 1:14:19 am hi i have a small problem - i created feedback form on my ezp site, but when i try to send data, it doesnt confirm with collected data template, but i see again the same feedback form, with typed data, and the url changes to index.php/pl/content/action ... of course in collected data in admin i dont see any data i might changed something, but now i dont know where to look for it please help -- http://trylik.pl/kategorie/ez-publish/

Hi Marek,

That's typical problem when feedback form doesn't have all attributes definied as information colletor. Check your template, probably one or more attribute is missing or contains spelling mistake.
