I'm sorry to ask this newbie question, but if anyone could point me in the direction to the documentation of how I can get a basic feedback form to work, I would be very grateful.
I've found the template feedback_form.tpl in the /design/basic folder, but how do I get it operational?
most grateful,
chris

Depending on which packages you installed during setup, there may already be one installed.
Add a new piece of content, and choose Feedback Form as the type (class).
If it is not one of the choices, you can add it using the Package Manager. In the admin, go to the Packages area of the Setup tab. Change the repository to Add-Ons, and look for Contact Us or Feedback Form. Install that and you should be OK to add a feedback form.
Once you have the class installed, you can add the forms as many times as you want, anywhere on the site.

And to be more specific: It was the installation of the "contact us"-addons that missed at our site - that's why I couldn't find the content class feedback form/contact us.
thanks again
