Hi, I've made a website using Exponential 3.4 . The website is working well on my local server, but doesn't work on my provider's server. Both servers are running on Windows. I've got the message: 

Error: eZINI	Sep 10 2004 15:44:07	
Couldn't create cache file 'var/cache/ini/31419a726aba2739636dc78c306f8c67.php', perhaps wrong permissions

I don't know what's going on. I cannot change file permission on windows server.
