I need to offer the facility for web site editors (who are non-technical) to be able to create forms dynamically.

I've read the following article: http://share.ez.no/learn/ez-publish/how-to-create-ez-publish-forms

but this is too complicated for users who don't understand the Exponential infrastructure.

Is there an extension that allows users to create a form by selecting the required elements and then specify where the submitted info is emailed to?

It allows dynamic creation of forms in the back office.
