My apologies for the long header. My case is as follows:

Section 6 contains an Intranet Site and is represented in the content structure as a folder with all contents within. Same goes for the WEB Site, wich resides in section 7. Now, my problem is that when I left-click any item in the Section 7 content tree the next screen sends me to the correct node, but the left menu (content structure) <i>changes to the Media Library.</i>
The same is not true for Section 6, my Intranet site. Anybody knows if this can be changed in some ini settings or maybe its a bug.

<b>Found the solution</b> and its not a bug, by some mistake this sections Navigation Part pointed to the Media Library... (Edit <section 7>)
