I have the default css loaded with a default template that has not been modified.

When viewing the index page in IE I get something like this:

However, when viewing in firefox all is well and it looks perfect. Any ideas? Do I need to post the css code and from which file?

I am guessing that this is not a problem that just I am having as also I notice the same behaviour on the demo for Exponential on this site. I have filed a bug.

Hi Shane, what version of IE are you using?

There are quite a few inconsistencies between IE browsers, and between IE and every other browser for that matter.

Its not easy to pick the problem from a screenshot either, there are a number of things that could be causing it.

Post your CSS and the output source of the offending area (I'm not using the defaults) and I'll see if I can help.

I think you will find the CSS in design/standard <i>(or [site])</i>/stylesheets/style.css

Cheers!

Pardon me while I burst into flames...

Problem fixed:

This part of the CSS controls that color that is suppose to extend to the end of the frame, instead in IE it wraps to a second line:

div#topmenu
