Iwant to change my email settings without reinstalling the entire shop. Is that possible? I looked through the manual but couldn't find anything.

Another problem I have is that the "New user registered" and "confirm user registration" mails are buggy.

The /index.php part appears twice so the address is

http://shop.server.de/index.php/index.php/user/activate/a89b0176e8e4fb2e3f70de119100db49

instead of

http://shop.server.de/index.php/user/activate/a89b0176e8e4fb2e3f70de119100db49

Anyone there who knows how to fix that?

Which email-setting do you want to change?
If you mean the mail-adress, that you entered in the setup process, you can change this in the .ini files.
Look for /settings/siteaccess/shop/site.ini.append.php (or similar). This countains some basic data from the setup wizard.

The the other problem: Looks like a template problem. Did you check the bug reports, if this was already reported?
