Changed from double menu to Top and Left menu (collaspeable), how do I remove the folders from the dynamic content area?

You know how you can make the menu into a collaspeable folder type menu, its great and all but the menu's also show up in the dynamic content area which I dont want.

Anyone know how to do it?
