I took the Exponential files to my web root and then I run index.php and it went extremely slow, but the real problem is this: first it came the welcome page of the setup wizard, it says "Your system is not optimal" so I click the "Finetune" button but after a long while the same welcome page of the setup wizard displays again. This happens when a click "Next" button too. Has anyone had the same problem and some possible solution? Thank you!

We need more information, could you supply the following.
Browser: Which browser and its version.
OS: The operating system Exponential is running on
PHP: The PHP version which runs Exponential
Webserver: The webserver and its version.
