I have just installed eZ 3.8 and there's no cache and user toolbar in the admin interface. In fact, there's no toolbar at all on the right side.

Is this a bug or the toolbars are removed on purpose?

Hi Marko

I've seen this as well. It looks as if a bug has already been lodged for this http://ez.no/bugs/view/8211

To fix copy the toolbar.ini.append.php from the admin siteaccess to your admin siteaccess and add the cache & quick settings toolbars via the design->toolbars admin area.
