When I remove from the list of policies for the anonymous role the following policy: user>login>SiteAccess(given site) I am not able to see any content when I am not logged in. Does it mean I have to assign the user/login policy for the anonymous user to make him able to see the content? I don't need the login nor registration for my site.

Anonymous user login "automaticaly" so you need that policy,yes.
