All of my external links, inside articles, are missing in the user site but they appear fine in the admin system (/url/list). When editing the articles in the admin system they appear as 

<link href=''>www.nslds.ed.gov</link>

Does anyone have any hints?

Please ignore my stupid question, it seems I neglected to run php update/common/scripts/convertxmllinks.php -s muc during my update. Running this script solved the problem.
