i did not remember what i did, now when i click any button like edit etc. it will appear a page only with this line : redirect to ..... , so how can i make this page not appear again. i know if i reinstall it will be ok. but i think there must be other ways can to this too.

You have probably changed the DebugRedirection value in site.ini file.
Swich to disabled and empty ini-cache then it will not be seen.
