WebDAV on 3.6.0 with siteaccess by domain

I got a 3.6.0 install on suse linux 9.0 with siteaccess by domain.
when i'm doing a webdav login I can see the following folders:

- plain_user
- content
- media

But no more! The content and media folder seem to be empty. I'm using the admin user to do this.

my hhtpd.conf says:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule . /webdav.php

By the way: Im using the same setting also ond 3.5.2. but with siteaccess by url. It's working there

Do I need some other rewrite rule?
