Terrence Kommal	Friday 03 August 2007 10:18:49 am Hi, I'm a new user of Exponential and just finish upload the extracted package to my server, a linux server with 1and1.com however the page crashes with the following: Parse error: parse error, unexpected ';', expecting ')' in /homepages/5/d171082684/htdocs/sutramag/var/cache/override/override_675454548.php on line 3 Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below Please advise if anyone knows what to do
Pascal Specht	Monday 06 August 2007 8:42:26 am Hi Terrence, did you check the prerequisites, like having a compatible PHP version? PHP5 won't run, for example... Also, sometimes it may happen that the initial setup process takes more time than expected, if your provider uses a PHP session timeout... I would also try to clean all the cache directories, seeing if that helps, since the error comes from within the cache. Hope this helps, -Pascal

Hi Terrence,

did you check the prerequisites, like having a compatible PHP version? PHP5 won't run, for example...
