Hi,

What is the proper procedure to upgrade a Exponential 3.0 developer version downloaded with svn ?

Would it be sufficient to download all the new files (through svn) and replace the new design and settings folder with the old one ?

No, you need to track the database changes since your last install, see database_update.sql

Also, new templates may be added or changed for the standard design and settings folder.
