As per this bug:
http://www.ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/bug_reports/ez_31_to_32_database_upgrade_script_fatal_error

When will those of us running 3.1 be able to upgrade? That is, will there be a 3.2-1/2?

Thanks
Jason

Same with me. No upgrade possible. After the upgrade no database connection can be made anymore.

You need to run the relevant database updates. See the directory update/database ... for a 3.1-1 to 3.2-1 script.

Also, clear the caches (and possibly the php accelerator cache too if relevant) en restart your web server process

Hi,

I upgraded from an svn 3.1 system to 3.2 and had this problem on two sites.

The solution is to go thru and run each command in the file at a time. This is slow but it worked for me as some of the commands in the SQL update file were needed.

Are you running 3.1-2 systems or svn systems?

I hope this helps

I deleted the first line in the sql script and the update works fine. This is an old bug.
