When I upgrade from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 I run the updatetoplevelscript which generates the following output:

When you upgrading from 3.5.x to 3.5.x you usually don't have to run update scripts. Just upgrade overall files and database.

This is required when you upgrading from 3.5.x to 3.6.x for example.
