My experience with updating eZ is very limited. But atleast I have managed to do it before. When trying to update from 3.3-5 to 3.4.0 it seems that the .sql-file in /database/mysql/3.4 is formatted with comments of some kind, and in that way differs from previous update-sqls. When cut/pasted into myPhpAdmin the queries won't run. For me it's not too big a job to cut out the comments before running the queries, but is there a reason why the file is formatted this way in the first place? To me it seems just to complicate the updating process.

When that is said - I just love the menu/toolbar-functionality!
