Unable to upload files

Hi

Suddenly, I'm not able to upload files. I've tried both uploading files using the built-in class "file", and I have tried with a custom made class. I'm able to publish the object, but when I look at it in the admin site afterwards the file is not there. The name and description are ok.

How should I troubleshoot this further?

best regards
xiglet

Hi

It's solved but I'm not really sure what it was .. :) Just did so many things to the system. And after that I did an apt-get upgrade (debian with backports) and that broke the whole thing (mysql did actually). Anyway, I'm trying OpenSUSE 10.2 with a compiled php 4.4.4 and hope that works better :)

Thanks God I had backup ...

Hi,

It would be cool if you give some examples of things you did to solve this problem of upload... Coz I have exactly the same problem, and I don't know how to solve it :)
