Hi !

I installed a Exponential 4.3.0 on my server whith a model db of an other website ezpubish. I know the user and password of the initial db, but when i want to connect at my backoffice, the loggon display anything and the webpage stay on this logon. If i try with an other password, i have the error of invalid password. So, my account is ok but i don't access to my content/dashboard.

Have you an idea ?

Hello Djo,

you may try to enable debug to see if a wrong behaviour is throwed.
And if you can access to database, you can use this guide to resetting admin password

What OS are you running on? Please check session directory permission in php.

It's ok. The problem was the php variable session.use_cookies at Off. It must be at On.
