Requested module could not be found

I've done a search and haven't been able to find anything helpful on it

I get the error both when attempting to access the admin and user parts of my site, and I'm at a loss - I've even re-installed Exponential a couple times and it's still doing it. Can anyone give me a little advice on the matter?

Reason for the kernel 20 is probably upper case site access names. Try reinstalling with lower case access names.

This is a know bug.

Hi

Uploaded the files to my hosting provider and executed the install script. In completed OK but when accessing the user or admin sites I get > Error / kernel (20) Module not found. There are no uppercase characters in my url.

Best Regards
Peter
